Drury Inn & Suites Houston Sugar Land

Clean hotel with comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast and Kickstarter snacks were fabulous. Friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly.

The only sad part was that the pool was under construction/repair and we were looking forward to swimming. Next time!

The customer service, that is very hard to find

The service I received from the young lady who worked the bar from 5pm-7pm on Saturday June 11, 2016. She was very rude & never smiled. She could really use some customer service skills!!!

Comvenient location. Property well kept. Cleanliness is excellent throughout hotel and room. Staff amiable. The inclusive extras include a breakfast, light dinner, popcorn & drinks in the evening.

lobby decor, overall vibe. felt up-scale without feeling opulent

the temperature control/noise. I got up several times in the night both nights to turn it up or down or off. I was too cold, then too hot. Maybe I wasn't doing it right, but i'm a smart cookie so it should be easy to set the temp i like and then go to sleep.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. And I love that they have happy hour, provide a free drink, and breakfast in the A.M. I would recommend this hotel.

When I checked out, the girl at the front desk didn't know how to print a receipt for me and had to track down the manager for help.

Don't need a code for the wifi. The A/C controls were easy to operate. Staff was always friendly and efficient. Everything in our room functioned as it should. The breakfast buffet was home-cooked good and Ramona (the lady who looked after it all) was terrific.

We come to Houston/Sugarland area at least six times each year. This is now our "home" hotel. The staff is great (and remembers us!) the rooms are comfortable and the food is good. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool because he can swim no matter the weather. We bring our mini Aussie Shepherd so it is important to have a pet friendly hotel.

I like the mounted dispensers in the shower but I wish there was lotion. I keep forgetting to pack mine (most hotels offer small bottles of the toiletries) and wish this hotel offered it. Also, flavored creamers for the coffee would be nice.

I like the room I just don't like flower blankets......I have a phobia about those. The room was nice and clean it just smelled of smoke. The breakfast was delightful. I mean most hotels don't offer hot breakfast that's really hot breakfast. Overall I was pleased. Very courteous staff. I would stay again if ever in Houston.

Try to get that smoke smell out of the rooms. And those flower blankets, well personally for myself I don't like. Everything should be white

We stayed at Drury while our home was being replumbed and the convenience and proximity were wonderful.

I really cannot think of anything we didn't like. It is not a posh resort but for our purposes it was wonderful.

Loved front desk staff. Comfortable room and loved the evening dinner.
